Engaged: Leigh-Ann & Denis

Last Sunday, Leigh-Ann, Denis and I headed out to Sussex, NB to shoot their engagement session. I’ve known Leigh-Ann since we were very young. In fact, she is my 3rd cousin! Back in June, at my sister’s wedding reception, Leigh-Ann was telling me how she was going to call me to be her wedding photographer… and she was not even engagement yet! Several weeks after, I got a call from her; Denis had proposed! I think she called me the next day or 2 days after!
When we met for the consultation, I told them I had just been to Sussex a few weeks before to second-shoot a wedding with Paula Lirette and how beautiful that little town was. It has a lot of character with its old brick walls, painted murals and old doorways. I told them it was a perfect place for an urban type engagement session. They thought it was a good idea, and here we are a few months after!
It was hard for me to pick my favourites for this post. The way I pick them is easy. I go through all the images, and color code my favourites. Once I’ve gone through them all, I filter them by the color and end up with all the selected images. Well this time I had over 30 favourites! Since I can’t show them all, here are the one that I have narrowed down to! Enjoy!
