Here are a few shots I got yesterday while taking some photos for a school project. The goal of this project was to use the various white balance settings on the camera, as well as make a custom white balance using a gray card.
It’s not always easy to find the time – and models – for our projects. When we shoot portraits, I need to find a model, plus have an assistant to help me out with the reflector and/or diffuser. I was lucky that Suzanne wanted to model for me for this project! I met her at l’Université Sainte-Anne during my first year at university and we then both changed to l’Université de Moncton where we had a few more classes together. Suzanne seemed excited to model and I think she did a really nice job! Thanks again Suzanne! I would also like to thank my classmate-friend Christine for all the help! (POP!!! –> inside joke, disregard!)
This would have to be my favourite shot of the day!
I tried a different post-processing technique for this shot. I think it looks nice with the type of location!
