Nathalie & Michael got married a few weeks ago at the Albert County Museum in Hopewell Cape. I had been there once a few years ago while second shooting for a friend of mine and always thought it would be a pretty cool spot to shoot a wedding! The buildings have such character for someone looking for a vintage/rustic themed wedding.
After the getting ready portion in the morning, the couple opted for a first look downtown Moncton before heading to the ceremony. The ceremony was held in the court house, followed by a small reception in the community hall. The place looked amazing with lots of do it yourself details that Nathalie must have spent numerous hours getting ready! Once the guest were on their way, we finished the day with the formal photos just as the light was going down. It was a different timeline compared to the “typical” wedding, but finishing with the couple’s photos was perfect since we had all the time we wanted and everyone was so relaxed.
A special thanks to my assistant Jocelyne Roy who help me tremendously that day. A few photos of hers are also included in the post.
