Christie & Nick – Parlee Beach Wedding Aftershoot

Anybody remember July 5th, 2014? Perhaps Hurricane Arthur rings a bell? I’m sure Christie & Nick remember it all too well. Of course it was their wedding day, but it was also a day that was literally planned twice for this couple. When you plan an outdoor wedding ceremony followed by a tent reception, a huge hurricane will change all of those plans.

As part of all my wedding packages, I offer a “Perfect Weather Guarantee”. Or course I cannot guarantee a beautiful sunny day for you, but if it rains the whole day on your wedding date and outdoor photos were impossible (or at unplanned alternate location), I offer you a free Aftershoot at that location on a nice day! How’s that for getting those amazing sunset photos you’ve always wanted but that were impossible because of this unpredictable Maritime weather?!

I met with Christie & Nick a few weeks after their wedding for their Aftershoot at the beautiful Parlee Beach in Shediac. The light was just gorgeous that evening and the sunset full of colour. To be honest, these are better than anything we could have managed on a tightly scheduled wedding day! I guess things do happen for a reason?
