Several months ago, while Karine (my cousin’s cousin) was down in Moncton for a little vacation, she talked about her upcoming fall wedding and how she would have liked to have me as her photographer. When she returned back home in Montreal, we started exchanging a few emails to see if we could organize a way for me to get there in October. Finally, we made plans and everything is a GO! Karine and Sébastien will be getting married at the magnificent Château St-Antoine, an old castle built in 1898 just outside of Montreal.
I was in Montreal last week for a few days with my best friend Julie for a little vacation before the busy wedding season. Before leaving, I asked Karine if we could do an engagement session downtown Montreal. I was very excited for this session and we had a great time shooting it. We had planned the session for the Thursday and just as we started to take a few pictures, it started raining. We decided to find a few indoor locations and after a little while, we decided to continue the following evening.
Karine and Sébastien were two of the best models to date and I cannot wait until October to see them again for the wedding! Here are some of my favourites from our Downtown session!
Karine, you are gorgeous. That is all.
And the best for last!
Thank you so much Karine and Sébastien for showing us around Montreal. We had the greatest time ever and our trip would not have been the same without hanging out with you guys! See you in a few months! xox
